This top plate/disc design provides the following advantages:
-Tougher, more durable material
-Proper fit involves removing all remnants of original disc, including old epoxy removal
Finish: white, black or designs (see other listings for stripes or other designs)
Weight: 5g (equal to the stock insert)
Lead time: ~3 days handling ahead of shipping
